Members of the WEA Special Ed Cadre facilitate classes (on request) for schools, community organizations and WEA affiliates. These courses are updated each year and designed to address current topics in special education.
Supported by a State Needs Grant through the Office of Public Instruction, the WEA Cadre and WEA staff often work collaboratively with other organizations including OSPI and the ESDs to create classes that provide consistent information to staff statewide.
