Position: Special Education Teacher

Currently serving as a Program Manager for True Measure Collaborative, Micheal brings 18 years of experience in Special Education supporting students with a wide range of cognitive, physical, social, and behavioral needs. Prior to his current role, he spent 3 years in the Tukwila School District, as a district resource, guiding educators in developing, modifying, and implementing effective behavior supports for students. Other work to highlight is his work in the community as an advocate, which is centered on collaborative problem-solving, equitable practices, and empowering youth to build supportive, inclusive peer groups that uplift and encourage positive outcomes.
