Position: Intervention and Rehabilitation Specialist

Dameon served as an Intervention Team Assistant for Kent School District and a Para Educator in the ASC, currently working as a Mall Safety Mentor for Glover Empower Mentoring, and a Rehabilitation Technician for DSHS. He has developed academic transfer career/technical, developmental and high school/GED options, and has experience with with various developmental disabilities and behavior issues. As a Mall Safety Mentor, he assisted youth in linking career and life goals to educational programs. He has trained others on how to work with the developmentally disabled, de-escalation, and the safety techniques. Dameon also serves as a member of the <a href="/about-us/family-advocacy-team/">Family Advocacy Team</a>.
