Position: Special Education Teacher

My name is Tracee Donahoe, and I am a special education teacher based in Spokane, Washington. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and began my career as a Developmental Specialist, supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I later earned a Master’s degree in Special Education, which allowed me to expand my impact within school settings. Throughout my career, I have taught in self-contained classrooms, resource rooms, and co-teaching inclusion models, giving me a well-rounded perspective on meeting diverse learner needs. I am deeply passionate about supporting students with developmental disabilities and advocating for inclusive practices within our schools and communities. I believe that all people deserve to feel loved, accepted, and valued, and I strive to create learning environments where every individual can grow, belong, and succeed.
